If you are looking for amazing, honest and very professional sales people! Especially if you have bad credit and or down payment issues, call these guys! You will not regret it! My previous vehicle was totalled in an auto accident 3 months ago and I’ve been paying out of pocket for rentals at almost $500 a week! I wanted to buy a Newer Chevy Malibu, no more than 2 years old! 50K miles or less and I have no money down, because of the rental car costs! I also told them it has to be $500 or less monthly payment! my credit score has recently been destroyed because of this and a few other personal issues (I.e. divorce and etc.) so it dropped between 500-550 FICO Score. Every Memphis dealership dragged out the process and ultimately denied me, unless I had a co-signer and 2500-5,000 down. Spoke with Andrew Spencer, the finance Director and he not only got me approved (within all of my Requirements) but he did it the same day! Then without even asking them, they offered to drive the car to my house for me today! So I wouldn’t have to pay for an Uber! Amazing people! Amazing service and company! Thank you!!!

My experience there was very good. It was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and my sales lady Alexis Shell made me feel like family. There’s no high pressure. I will definitely go back there for sales and service. I love my XT five Cadillac.
